Positive Body Image and Weight Loss Sessions. Starting January 2018.

Using the techniques of EFT( tapping on energy centres in the body often described as acupuncture but without needles) and Hypnotherapy in a cost effective small group setting in a one hour weekly session held over a four week period throughout January, you will learn techniques to help you to feel positive about yourself no matter what the scales are saying, reduce the cravings permanently that lead to weight problems in the first place, identify and eliminate your emotional eating patterns, reduce your portion size, feel positive and want to exercise rather than see it as a necessary chore. In fact you will release the old stresses and baggage that is holding you back and you will feel lighter in both your body, mind and spirit. The weight loss will happen naturally as you will eliminate bad eating habits for good.
