RETURNS

We want you to be able to return our products if they are not suitable. To qualify or a refund you must return the goods in their original packaging and presentation within 7 days of delivery.

To return an item to us for a refund please securely wrap it providing us with your name and address and date of your order. You are responsible for the safe return of all products and any breakages of sprays in the return post will be at your liability and will not be liable for a refund. In the event of a spray been delivered to you and damaged in the post we will provide you with a refund provided you send us the damaged label from Royal mail or the carrier. In the event of damaged goods please provide us with a clear description of the fault. Email at gerri@a-touch-of-light.com for details of where to return your goods.

We will notify you via e-mail within 5 working days when we have processed your refund. Please note that we cannot refund the original cost of delivery for returning goods to us. For our protection we recommend that you obtain proof of posting as you will be responsible for he cost of returning goods to us. We cannot issue refunds for goods that fail to arrive or arrive damaged or broken.

DELIVERY DETAILS

All products include VAT postage & packaging within the UK mainland. Non UK Mainland including the highlands/islands and overseas customers will be advised of PCP prior to payment being taken.
