About Me
My name is Geraldine Warner or Gerry as I am usually called. I have a degree in Business studies and previously a 15 year career in industry as an Human Resources Manager. Over the last six years I have pursued a career in Complementary Therapy and Health and have being working within the concept of Mind, Body balance to bring about optimum health and relaxation. I do this work on an individual basis and also at a corporate level.
I am qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner and my therapies include Hypnotherapy and NLP which can be used in almost any situation which requires a change of mind or simply giving yourself a different perspective to bring about lasting change in your life.
In addition I am also a Reiki Master and a qualified Crystal Healer (having trained at Diploma with IACHT for 2 yrs) and it is through my work with crystals that I have developed my own range of crystal & Angelic Sprays that you will see throughout this site. The sprays are made using crystal energy in purified water and blended with essential oils invoking the energy of a particular angel where appropriate. The sprays are then further intensified by the power of a beautiful glass pyramid that is shown in my "A Touch of Light" logo.
Throughout my work I can either use each of my therapies separately or combine them depending on your requirements and healing needs.
I work from my practice in Claverley, Shropshire, WV5 DW - which is situated approx 20 minutes from Wolverhampton and approx 6 miles from Bridgnorth in Shropshire.
